Various maintenance methods of UV curing machine
In order to make the UV curing function have a longer service life, daily maintenance is very important. This is also a necessary step to ensure safe and efficient production. Regular inspection is required to maintain the normal operation of UVB. Check whether the fan motor operates normally.
If the machine makes an abnormal sound, it shall be shut down immediately and the maintenance personnel shall be notified for repair. Turn on the bulb switch of the ultraviolet lamp and confirm whether the lamp is on. If not, notify the maintenance personnel for repair. In addition to the above inspection methods, monthly maintenance is also very necessary. Monthly maintenance mainly includes the following steps:
1. Clean the dust in the inner cavity of the machine.
2. Check whether the vent of UV curing machine is blocked and clean the dust.
3. Add lubricating oil for sprocket and transmission chain.
4. Check whether the fan motor operates normally and whether the motor speed can meet the UV curing machine working requirements.
5. Check whether the current of the lamp is normal and whether the circuit is aging.
6. Check whether the light intensity of UV curing machine lamp is still within the working standard range and whether the lamp tube is aging.
