How often is the UV flat applicator maintained?
After the Flat pasting machine monthly maintenance of UV curing machine is completed, there are maintenance operations to be carried out every six months:
1. Check whether the firmness of the mesh belt is appropriate.
2. Check whether the UV curing machine line and switch are normal.
3. The resistance of the transformer shall not be lower than 5 megohm. If it is lower than 5 megohm, it is necessary to dry the transformer.
4. Check whether the transmission shaft and rotating wheel are loose and whether the two sprockets are vertical.
5. Wipe the reflection shield with a soft cloth dipped in alcohol.
6. The Flat pasting machine refuels the motor reducer.
