Roller coater is an equipment used for coating. How is the equipment used in ordinary days?
First check. Check whether there are tools on the conveyor belt of the roller coater, whether there are rags and other foreign matters between the steel rod and the rubber roller and sort them out. Also check whether the air pipe of the oil pump is connected, whether the power indicator is on, and whether the UV paint is heated to 35 ° - 50 °.
Then measure. Measure the thickness of flat workpiece with vernier caliper to facilitate height adjustment. Then swing the lifting handle by hand to adjust the height of the roller. When conditioning the double roller coater, be sure to adjust the height of the front and rear rollers.
Then check. Place the flat workpiece under the roller, and then adjust the height of the roller until the flat workpiece just touches the roller, take out the flat workpiece, and then rotate the lifting handwheel to lower it by 2-3 turns. Rotate and adjust the clearance handle of the steel wheel until there is no gap between the steel wheel and the rubber roller, and then rotate the handle for 2-3 turns to close the steel wheel and the rubber roller.
Next, come on. Turn on the oil pump switch and add the paint between the steel rod and the rubber roller until the paint flows to the ends of the two rollers.
Start again. Turn on the rubber roller switch, and then turn on the steel rod switch. In order to obtain a relatively flat fine grain layer, the rotation speed of the steel rod must be slower than that of the rubber roller. Turn on the transportation escrow, and adjust the transportation speed and the linear speed of the rubber roller to the same, showing the phenomenon of paint stacking at the top and bottom.
