In case of disconnection, the transmission speed can be reduced or the spraying speed can be increased.
5. During intermittent coating, if the shutdown time is long, the remaining paint must be poured out after shutdown, and the curtain shower and paint conveying pump must be cleaned with diluent. Pay more attention when using two-component curing coating to avoid that the coating system cannot be used after the coating is dry.
Before the formal work of the curtain shower machine, the following should be paid attention to:
1. Avoid electrostatic sparks, and all curtain shower machines shall be well grounded.
2. The sprayed coating shall be filtered first, and the filter screen shall be selected according to the viscosity and particle size of the coating. The filter screen is too fine and the coating is difficult to pass through. If it is too coarse, the spray gun is easy to be blocked.
3. In order to reduce the possibility of pollution caused by the compressor, the air compressor shall be as far away from the coating site as possible.
4. The compressed air from the air pressure is filtered and then enters the spraying equipment, which is conducive to prolonging the service life of the pneumatic system.
5. The Curtain shower outlet pipe and inlet pipe orifice shall comply with the provisions in the manual, so as to maintain sufficient air intake.
6. The capacity of the air compressor provided by the user shall comply with the air consumption of the machine specified in the manual and shall be greater than the consumption as much as possible.
