2、 Precautions for coating machine:
1. The construction viscosity of the coating, construction temperature, the size of the gap between the curtain shower head and the transmission speed will affect the thickness of the film, which should be comprehensively considered in the adjustment.
2. Generally, the spraying and coating device shall be isolated to avoid the adverse impact of wind and magazine on the paint curtain.
3. In case of defects such as whitening on the coating surface during operation, stop conveying the object immediately and find out the cause.
4. The speed of the conveyor has a great influence on the coating effect. If the transmission speed is too fast, the paint curtain will be broken; If the transmission speed is too slow, the object surface will be stacked with paint. In case of disconnection, the transmission speed can be reduced or the spraying speed can be increased.
5. Spray coating machine During intermittent coating, if the shutdown time of the drenching machine is long, the remaining paint must be poured out after shutdown, and the drenching machine and paint conveying pump must be cleaned with diluent. Pay more attention when using two-component curing coating to avoid that the coating system cannot be used after the coating is dry.
