1、 Switch UV lamp 1. Startup sequence: turn on the main power supply → turn on the governor (use the frequency converter to adjust the required speed) → turn on the UV lamp switch in turn (select the appropriate gear) → the cooling fan will start automatically after 3 minutes → work normally after 10 minutes.
UV curing machine Shutdown sequence: turn off the UV lamp first → turn off the cooling fan automatically after 5-8 minutes → turn off the governor → turn off the power switch. Precautions for UV curing machine:
(1) When turning on the lights, turn on the lights in sequence, with an interval of about 1 minute. Do not turn on the lights at the same time.
(2) After turning off the lamp, the fan shall continue to operate for a period of time until the lamp tube cools down.
(3) If you want to start again after turning off the lamp, you must wait until the lamp tube is completely cooled before starting, otherwise it will not start when the surface temperature of the lamp tube is very high.
(4) The lamp cannot be put into production immediately after turning on the lamp. There should be a period of lamp preheating time. When the temperature is high in summer, the preheating time is short; When the temperature is low in winter, the preheating time is longer, and the preheating time is about 2-3 minutes. If the UV curing machine has a strong and weak light device, it should start turning on the light in the strong gear. This can shorten the preheating time of the tube, and if the production needs weak light, it can be adjusted to the low light level after the preheating end.
2、 Lamp tube maintenance
(1) UV curing machine lamp is relatively large, and its service life is generally 1500-2600 hours. It should be replaced after reaching the service life.
(2) During the use of the UV curing machine lamp, clean the reflector on the surface of the lamp tube and the reflector with absolute ethanol and gauze at an appropriate time (1-2 weeks), and then rotate the UV lamp tube 180 degrees. The lampshade reflector shall be replaced after losing the mirror effect.
3、 Speed regulation
(1) Better speed selection method: first pass the product through the UV curing machine at a certain speed. If it is cured, speed up the speed until the product passing through the curing device can not be cured completely. At this time, the speed multiplied by 0.8 is the better speed.
(2) In addition, pay attention to the service time of UV curing machine lamp. With the extension of UV lamp service time, the energy will decay and the speed will slow down.
4、 UV curing machine transformer, capacitor
(1) The incoming line of the transformer shall select the appropriate terminal according to the field voltage.
(2) After the capacitor is used, if it is repaired, it must be discharged to avoid personal injury caused by capacitor discharge.
