1. Maintenance of spraying line and spraying room. If the air supply system of the spray cabinet is blocked or there is too much dust, replace the air filter cotton. Open the back of the spray cabinet for about three days to clean the oil filter system. At the same time, it is also necessary to clean the oil stain of the conveyor chain from time to time and add butter.
2. Oil supply system maintenance. When the spraying machine needs to be shut down after use, open the paint return valve to make all the paint flow back to the ink tank, take out the ink tank, pour the cleaning solvent into the mixing drum and start the oil pump. In addition, open the return valve and spray gun to a large extent to allow the cleaning solvent to circulate in the oil pipe and clean the spray gun and oil pump. The pump and spray gun are highly precise. Do not disassemble them at will during cleaning to avoid damage.
3. After one week or 50 hours of operation, check whether the pump body, cylinder barrel and leather cup of the mortar combine are well sealed, the tightness of the belt at the transmission, the firmness and tightness of the pipe joint, clean the surface of the pump and brush with thin engine oil to prevent dirt from sticking.
4. The clutch, return unloading valve, reducer, air compressor and other main parts of the coating machine shall be inspected regularly according to their use requirements. In case of wear and damage, it shall be adjusted and replaced in time.
