The curtain shower machine uses clean water to adjust the coating to the viscosity suitable for spraying and coating, and measures it with tu-4 viscometer. The appropriate viscosity is 20 ~ 30 seconds. If there is no viscometer at the moment, visual inspection can be used: stir the paint evenly with a rod and lift it to a height of 20cm to stop inspection. If the paint solution is always in line in a short time, it is too thick; If the line breaks as soon as it is away from the upper edge of the barrel, it is too thin; When you stop at a height of 20 cm, the paint liquid will always form a line and suddenly break and flow into drops. This viscosity is more appropriate.
The air pressure is better controlled at 0. 3-0。 4 MPa (3-4 KGF ÷ cm2). If the pressure is too small, the paint liquid atomization is poor, and pitting will be formed on the surface; Excessive pressure is easy to flow and hang, and the paint mist is too large, which not only wastes the data, but also affects the health of the operator.
The detailed size of the interval shall be properly adjusted according to the variety, viscosity and air pressure of the coating. The spraying interval of slow drying paint can be farther, and the spraying interval of fast drying paint can be closer; When the viscosity is thick, it can be closer, and when the viscosity is thin, it can be farther; When the air pressure is high, the interval can be farther, and when the pressure is small, it can be closer; The so-called closer and farther means a small-scale adjustment between 10mm and 50mm. If it exceeds this scale, it is difficult to obtain a fantasy paint film.
The curtain spraying machine can move high and low, left and right. It is better to operate evenly at the speed of 10-12m ÷ min. the spraying nozzle shall be straight to the object surface, and oblique spraying shall be added as much as possible. Because both ends of the object surface often need to receive more than two times of coating, it is better to easily form the center of sagging.
During spraying, the next layer should press the 1 ÷ 3 or 1 ÷ 4 of the previous layer, so as not to leak spraying. When spraying quick drying paint, it shall be sprayed in sequence at one time. I don't fantasize about the consequences.
When spraying in the open center outdoors, pay attention to the wind direction (it is not suitable to operate in the breeze). The operator should stand in the upwind direction to avoid the paint mist being blown by the wind to the sprayed paint film to form a good-looking granular appearance.
The sequence of spraying and coating of the curtain spraying machine is: difficult first, easy later, inside first and then outside. High place first and then low place, small area first and then large area. In this way, the sprayed paint mist will not splash on the sprayed paint film and damage the sprayed paint film.
