Application and measurement accuracy of UV roller coater
In the full reverse roller coater, the regulating roller, reclaiming roller, coating roller and support roller rotate in reverse. Common peripheral speed ratio of UV roller coater: coating roller / backup roller = 1.2, reclaiming roller / coating roller = 1.2, adjusting roller / reclaiming roller = 0.05 ~ 0.2. The roller coater is suitable for coating with high viscosity and strong thixotropy and thick film coating. By adjusting the gap between the roller and the reclaimer, the thickness of 50 ~ 500 can be obtained μ M.
