Precautions for Spray coating machine
1. When using the machine, pay attention not to place other sundries on the conveyor belt, and it is strictly prohibited to scrape the dirt on the conveyor belt with a sharp blade.
2. The inner layer of the paint storage barrel can be filled with 8 minutes of paint, the outer layer can be filled with water, and the temperature probe can be inserted into the water If the paint viscosity is too high and needs to be heated, set the temperature to keep the paint temperature between 40 ~ 50 ℃. (note that the temperature probe must be inserted into the water during this operation)
3. Clean the flat movable knife, L-shaped fixed knife, leakage stop scraper, the recovery tank in the two conveyor belts and the pass rolling above them with special washing machine water, and carefully reinstall them after cleaning.
4. After reassembly, first adjust the paint thickness adjustment handwheel to scale 0, then press the paint thickness pull rod handwheel as tightly as possible, and turn the return pipe switch to fully open.
5. Start the paint pump, adjust the pump speed to about 20Hz, observe whether the paint flow in the return pipe is stable, and turn the return pipe half open after it is stable Then adjust the pump speed to 16~18HZ and adjust the thickness of the coating wheel to adjust the handwheel. When the clockwise adjustment is made, the paint outflow becomes smaller and counterclockwise.
6. Turn on the conveyor belt switch, start the conveyor belt, check whether the workpiece coating meets the requirements, and then enter the production process.
7. After the operation of the coating machine is completed, the knife edge shall be cleaned with UV special washing machine water and wiped with a clean cloth (in case of long-term shutdown, please apply anti rust oil on the knife edge).
