(3) After operation, clean up and check whether there is residual dirt in the machine. Do not wash the machine body and work site with water to avoid moisture, damage and electric shock.
(4) The spray coating machine is equipped with high-voltage current stabilizing device. Operators must wear insulating shoes or place insulating plates on the ground to prevent accidents.
(5) Wipe the lamp and reflector of the coating machine regularly. After the lamp tube is aged, replace the lamp tube in time to ensure normal production.
(6) Major overhaul shall be carried out at least once a year, all transmission components shall be removed, thoroughly cleaned and refilled with lubricant. When assembling transmission components, it is necessary to maintain lubrication cooperation between rotating parts.
