At the same time, the production efficiency remains unchanged, and the feeding interval between plates can be shortened from ordinary ≥ 50cm to ≥ 15cm. Reduce the waiting limit for loading, facilitate manual and flexible loading, and reduce the invalid loss of UV film.
The difference between the three roll coating head and the two roll coating head is that an adjusting roll is added. By adjusting the gap between the adjusting roll and the reclaiming roll, the wet film thickness can be adjusted.
