Principle and function of roller coater
Roller coating machines can be divided into: full precision roller coating machine, semi precision roller coating machine, ordinary roller coating machine and positive and negative roller roller roller coating machine. Their working principles are similar, but their functions are somewhat different.
Full precision
The speed of uniform rubber roller and uniform rubber roller can be adjusted separately and accurately. It is most suitable for roll coating uv paint, and the cost is relatively high.
Semi precision
Only the uniform rubber roller can adjust the speed accurately, which is suitable for NC paint and UV primer, and the cost is high.
Common type
The uniform rubber roller and steel roller can not adjust the speed independently, and can only roll NC paint. The cost is relatively low and has been eliminated.
Forward and reverse roller machine
Roller coater is a roller coater with one forward rotation and one reverse rotation. It is not widely used because of the difficulty of operation.
