The wastewater from the paint booth is treated by adding a fine coagulant, and the paint residue is automatically discharged. The treated wastewater continues to be recycled, and the paint residue is burned or treated together with other industrial wastes. The acid-base wastewater shall be neutralized, precipitated, filtered and discharged. The wastewater containing hexavalent chromium shall be treated by electrolysis and chemical reduction.
Waste gas treatment in the production process of UV roller coater: the waste gas comes from the waste gas discharged from pretreatment, rolling and coating equipment, leveling equipment and dryer. The waste gas containing high concentration organic solvent is treated intensively and diluted and discharged into the atmosphere; The organic solvent waste gas with high concentration and small air volume discharged by the drying and curing machine shall be treated by discharge method, catalytic combustion method and adsorption method.
