When the viscosity of the coating is small, the wettability to the roller is large, and the coating on the surface of the coated object is evenly distributed, but the defects of insufficient paint supply and thin coating may occur; When the viscosity of the coating is high, contrary to the above situation, the coating may be too thick and poor uniformity. Experience has proved that roller coating is a coating with a viscosity of 40-150s (tu-4 cups).
