（1） Compressed pneumatic system of flat pasting machine
When the paper feeding table of the veneer machine just rises to Zui high position, the control cam of the distribution valve shall make the vacuum compression distribution valve open the vacuum channel. When the paper feeding table is about to fall back, close the vacuum channel in the distribution valve and open the compressed air channel at the same time.
（2） Vacuum suction cup
According to the area of corrugated paper used, 18 or 12 or 6 air nozzles can be used at the same time to adjust the diverter valve. In particular, after the size of the corrugated paper is determined, which air nozzles must be used must be determined according to the size of the corrugated paper. For the air nozzles that cannot be covered by the corrugated paper, the air circuit must be cut off, otherwise the other air nozzles cannot work normally.
（3） Workbench
Adjust the paper feeding table so that its rising Zui height is consistent with the plane of the guide rail supporting the corrugated paper. The realization of this position is to make the roller on the swing rod fit with the cam when the lifting cam Zui of the veneering machine has a large lift. If it does not fit, adjust the eccentric shaft on the swing rod until it fits. The lower limit position of the paper feeding table is adjusted by the limit mechanism on the side of frame 2. When the roller on the swing rod fits with the Zui small radius of the lifting cam, make the jacking screw of the limit mechanism against the symmetrical parallelogram mechanism to support the paper feeding workbench, and subject to the free movement of the paper feeding clutch device.
（4） Synchronous control device
The device is a group of cam controlled electrical switch mechanism, and its function is to ensure the synchronization of corrugated paper and face paper. In the work of the veneer machine, adjust the cam phase relation, and fix the cam when the surface paper is synchronized with the corrugated paper.
（5） Paper feeding roller
When the paper feeding table of the flat pasting machine is about to rise to the Zui high position, adjust the cams located on both sides of the power shaft to control the lifting of the movable paper feeding roller to enter the Zui large lift. There is a gap between the movable paper feeding roller and the fixed paper feeding roller to make the corrugated paper pass through. With the corrugated paper input by the movable roller, the two cams move towards the Zui small radius when the table is about to return. At this time, under the action of the spring, the movable paper feeding roller and its swing frame press against the fixed paper feeding roller to press and hold the corrugated paper for a period of time, and then send the corrugated paper out and transport it to the double-layer conveying frame. If the opening and closing time of the movable paper feeding roller of the veneer machine is incorrect in daily work, the phase of the cam shall be adjusted to meet the requirements.
