By using the interferometric coaxial 3D displacement measuring instrument which can measure the height and volume of the coating and dispensing area (the surface composed of multiple points) instantaneously in batch, high-speed and high-precision on-line coating detection can be realized.
It can detect every 10 seconds in an instant (0.13 seconds at the fastest) × The skin sensitive film press height data of 80000 points in 10mm, that is, the information of "surface", is suitable for online high-speed full detection.
