Causes of air bubbles in painting of spray coater
1. UV spray paint itself has poor defoaming performance;
2. One layer of sealing paint is not enough to fill the pores, leaving a small gap. The air in the gap expands and escapes after being heated by hot paint, curing machine and leveling machine;
3. Small bubbles are wrapped in the paint film and solidified to form small bubbles and pockmarks; Large bubbles are heated and burst to form pinholes or small circular pits;
4. The buffer device of the oil tank of the shower curtain is not enough, and the paint flow rate is too fast, which will flush bubbles;
5. The height between the shower head and the working plane is too high;
6. The height difference between the oil outlet of the film coated oil tank and the paint bucket is too large, and the paint directly blows up bubbles.
