Secondly, for the substrate, does the substrate used in the coating production line contain alkaline substances, so as to saponify and soften the coating? In order to prevent this phenomenon, the substrate must be thoroughly treated before coating on the production line, so that the coating process will not be sticky in use.
Then, according to the environment, is there a thermoplastic coating in the coating production line used in high temperature environment? Thermosetting coating rather than thermoplastic coating must be used in high temperature environment of coating production line. Thermosetting coating is selected in high temperature environment to avoid coating sticking.
