Requirements for the spraying environment of the UV coating production line. In order to ensure the spraying quality of the workpiece, the environmental quality of the UV coating production line workshop needs to be strictly controlled when using the UV coating production line to spray the workpiece. Therefore, the following points need to be paid attention to in the operation process
1. Before the UV spraying production line is started up for production, the operators shall carry out routine sanitary cleaning of the whole line to ensure that the environment of all equipment in the production line is clean and dust-free. The operators entering the UV paint booth of the UV spraying production line should wear clean anti-static clothes. They can enter only after passing through the air shower room before entering. The air shower time should be more than 10 seconds, and the operators who are not UV paint booth cannot enter the UV paint booth without permission.
2. The air cleanliness of the workshop of UV spraying production line shall be controlled within 100000, the indoor temperature shall be controlled between 20 ℃ - 25 ℃, the relative humidity of the air shall be controlled at 50-60%, and the indoor air conditioner shall operate normally to ensure good ventilation in the workshop. Ensure the stability of environmental parameters such as humidity, temperature and cleanliness in the workshop of UV spraying production line.
3. The workpiece materials entering the UV paint booth must undergo pretreatment and dust removal to ensure that the workpiece is clean and dust-free. The equipment operators in the UV paint booth shall wear rubber gloves or anti-static gloves, and shall not wear cloth gloves that are easy to produce wool. In addition, when cleaning the UV spraying production line, the mop or rag that will produce wool substances shall not be used for cleaning.
4. After the completion of spraying production, the UV spraying production line shall be cleaned in time, and the environment of painting workshop such as automatic painting equipment, water curtain cabinet, conveyor belt, ground and wall shall be cleaned. After cleaning, the UV spraying production line shall be closed according to relevant operating procedures, but the air supply of air conditioner and the air suction of spraying table must be closed after personnel finish on-site cleaning.
