Many customers have purchased our UV coating equipment, roller coater, which helps to prolong the service life of roller coater. Now, I would like to give you some suggestions:
1. Overhaul at least twice a year. Thoroughly clean and refill with lubricant. When assembling the transmission parts, maintain the lubrication fit between the rotating parts. All details must be cleaned in time after each use.
2. Wipe the UV lamp and reflector regularly. After the lamp tube is aged, the lamp tube shall be replaced in time to avoid failure in the production process, affecting the effect and delaying the production progress.
3. In case of accident, the operator must wear insulating plate to prevent high-pressure water flow.
4. After operation, clean and check whether there is residual dirt in the machine. Be sure to tell the user not to clean the motor with water to prevent electrical appliances from moisture, damage and electric shock.
5. Before starting the UV roller coater every time, check whether all parts of the whole equipment are abnormal. In case of any abnormality, please contact us in time to help you repair and maintain, so as not to delay production.
