Deviation law of conveyor belt
(1) Loose or tight: during the operation of the belt conveyor, if the center lines of the front and rear rollers are not parallel, resulting in different tightness on both sides of the belt, the belt will move to the loose side.
(2) Run high but not low: if the backup idler is not in the same horizontal position parallel to the running direction of the belt, but one end is high and the other end is low, the belt will deviate to the high side.
(3) After running, not before running: the idler is not on the section perpendicular to the running direction of the belt, but in front of one end and behind one end (referring to the running direction of the belt), then the backward end of the belt moves.
(4) Big but not small: inconsistent diameter caused by adding t error, coal sticking or uneven wear on the outer surface of the drum, and the belt will deviate to the side with larger diameter.
