Misunderstanding of wood finish lines
1. The thicker the veneer, the better. Most lines are shaped. The surface has various concave convex shapes. The veneer must adapt to the concave convex structure of the whole production line in the coating process. Veneer is made of wood and has certain brittleness. If the veneer is too thick, it will not be operable in the coating process, especially at some 90 degree angles, the thicker bark will crack directly. The reasonable thickness of wood veneer used for decorative lines shall be within 50%. For some complicated lines, the thickness of wood veneer shall be within 30%.
2. The lines covered by wood veneer shall not be subject to surface treatment such as wire drawing. As mentioned above, most of the wood skins used for wire coating are less than 30. If the thickness is forced wire drawing, the result is through the wood veneer and the wood veneer under the exposed line substrate. Therefore, after the wood veneer is covered, the line surface can only be close to the antique effect such as wire drawing by painting.
3. At the finger joint of PUR thermal adhesive layer and wood veneer, high quality of PUR thermal adhesive layer and the existence of finger joint surface of wood veneer are not allowed. Pur hot melt adhesive coating is an irreversible water reactive coating process. It has better high and low temperature resistance and stability than ordinary hot melt adhesive, so it is more and more favored by people.
