1. When painting the workpiece with a painting machine, it must be ensured that the sprayed workpiece is in the position. 2. The viscosity of the coating shall be measured at least once or twice with a roller coater. When the viscosity is too high, the solvent shall be supplemented in time, and roll coating shall be carried out after the viscosity result is determined.
3. The paint film thickness is determined by the lifting speed of the object and the viscosity of the coating. The paint film requirements of different workpieces are different, and the speed and thickness viscosity need to be adjusted. In most cases, the thickness of the paint film is caused by too slow speed, while the thickness of the paint film is caused by too fast speed.
4. When the roller coater rolls the workpiece, the speed shall be moderate to avoid excessive adhesion of wood and inhalation of paint, which will affect the drying of paint film and the waste of paint.
5. The working environment of the roller coater shall be ventilated to prevent the peculiar smell of paint from flowing out. Fire prevention measures shall also be taken for the working environment, and regular inspection shall be conducted to eliminate potential safety hazards.
6. When the roller coater stops working, if the shutdown time is long, the remaining paint must be poured out after shutdown, and the curtain spraying machine and paint delivery pump must be cleaned with diluent.
7. The conveying speed of roller coater has a great influence on the coating effect. If the conveying speed is too fast, the paint curtain will break; If the belt speed and temperature are too slow, paint will accumulate on the surface.
